When terror strikes you are likely to do one of several things, two of which are fight or bargain. Fighting takes the form of beating whatever physical obstacles you are confronted with. The other methodology is to make a bargain with God, whatever or whoever you may perceive God to be.
You may bargain that if someone or something will come and save, rescue or deliver you from hardship or tragedy you will do, be or get something in return.
It goes without saying that if you go the route of bullying your way through life, this will work for many situations but is it like tying one hand, foot and half a leg being you while trying to walk a tight ropein short you can do it but its a very limiting way to go.
By learning to tune into the God station so to speak you get the whole host of higher knowledge whenever you need it. The challenge though is the listening part. It takes much practice to descern the voice of God from the voice of fear.
That is why it is so important to begin understanding when the nuances of fear begin to disturb your peace of mind.
By figuring these feelings out, the inner voice of God will only get stronger, and with practice, you will begin to resonate more consistently with a higher vibration of joy.
TIP: You can easily recognize when you are experiencing a heavy dose of fear because your solar plexus, that feeling of being punched in the "gut," gives you a big signal that you are not vibrating at your highest resonance. When you feel this gut level feeling come over you, stop, get quiet and move into a witness mode.
If you cannot get quiet, then stop what you are doing, or change direction until you understand the source of your fear. Affirm that you are not the fear. Acknowledge what you are feeling but affirm your birthright. You are a divine being who has merely misidentified with your creation.
Affirm. Fear be gone. Only Light shall enter my sphere of influence.
